30-Day 1-on-1 Mentoring Program — Last updated April 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or enrolling in the Troy Reardon 30-Day 1-on-1 Mentoring Program. By making payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
The Troy Reardon 30-Day 1-on-1 Mentoring Program ("the Program") is a personal mentoring service delivered by Troy Reardon ("the Mentor"). The Program is designed to support individuals working toward addiction recovery through regular 1-on-1 sessions, accountability, and access to a private client dashboard.
Your enrolment includes:
The total Program fee is $1,000 AUD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment you commit to paying the full program fee.
Instalment options of 4 payments of $250 are available through Klarna, Afterpay, or Zip, subject to each provider's own terms and approval. Troy Reardon receives the full $1,000 program fee regardless of your chosen payment method.
By enrolling in the Program you are committing to the full $1,000 program fee. This commitment is binding from the date of enrolment.
If you choose to withdraw, cease attending sessions, or otherwise stop participating at any point during the 30-day period, the full program fee of $1,000 remains payable. If you are paying via instalment, any outstanding instalments will continue to be charged by your chosen payment provider in accordance with their terms.
Refunds are not offered once the Program has commenced (i.e., once your access code has been activated or your first session has taken place), except at Troy's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances such as a serious medical emergency or failure by Troy to deliver the program. The Program is peer support based on lived experience. Troy Reardon is not a counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor, or any other registered health professional. Nothing provided in the Program constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for clinical care.
If you are experiencing a clinical mental health condition, severe withdrawal symptoms, suicidal thoughts, or any other serious medical or psychological symptoms, you must seek qualified medical or psychological help immediately. Troy may refer you to clinical services where appropriate.
No specific recovery outcome, result, or cure is guaranteed. The success of the Program depends on your own commitment, circumstances, and level of engagement. Troy Reardon makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes achieved through participation in the Program.
You may reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or not attended may be forfeited at the Mentor's discretion.
Troy Reardon will treat all personal information and disclosures made during the Program as strictly confidential. Your information will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where Troy reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent serious or imminent harm to you or others.
You agree not to share, distribute, or publish the contents of your sessions or any program materials without prior written permission from Troy Reardon.
To get the most out of the Program, you agree to:
You must be 18 years of age or older to enrol in the Program. By completing payment you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with Troy Reardon's Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Program you consent to your personal information being used to deliver the Program and communicate with you about your enrolment. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
You agree not to use the Program, dashboard, or any communications with Troy Reardon for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Troy Reardon, other clients, or third parties.
All materials, frameworks, and content provided through the Program are the intellectual property of Troy Reardon. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share Program materials without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Troy Reardon's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Program is limited to the amount you paid for the Program. Troy Reardon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Troy Reardon reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at troyreardon.com.au/terms.html. Continued use of the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
